Summary
Hamilton is offering our Distributors, OEM Customers, and Self-Serviced Customers CO-RE II upgrade parts free of charge. This offer is only valid during our promotional period of July 1st 2022 through June 30th 2024. After June 30th 2024, the promotion expires.
This offer includes any parts that are required to upgrade, including calibration tools and hardware accessories. Shipping costs are covered, however, any local import taxes still apply.
All legacy calibration tools or accessories (eg. teaching needles, CO-RE grip paddles) that are being replaced are expected to be returned to Hamilton within 180 days from order placement. This is a one-for-one replacement. If parts are not received within this period, unreturned parts will be invoiced. CO-RE II Hardware, such as stop disks are excluded from this requirement. Following the order placement, an RMA will be issued for the returns. Freight for the return shipment is not provided by Hamilton.
