In this video, we show how to leverage Synthace’s DoA and Hamilton’s automated liquid handlers to optimize the expression of a fluorescent-tagged protein of interest in neural stem cells.
Learn how:
-    Synthace’s DoE software allows parallel testing of 128 different combinations of growth factors
-    The use of Hamilton’s 96 Multi-Probe Head and the integration of a plate washer and plate reader to the liquid handler increases throughput
-    The use of Hamilton’s CO-RE pipetting technology and VENUS flexible pipetting parameters allows gentle and precise handling of cells
-    The results can be immediately analyzed on Synthace’s platform, and the next DoE test can be easily set up

In this video, Rainer Fürst, Team Leader Integrated Systems Development at Hamilton Robotics, describes in detail CECULA, Hamilton's Graphical User Interface (GUI) for planning long-term cell culture-based workflows. Watch the full video here
